DESIGN SERVICES
Residential Plan Set $500
Commercial Plan Set Call for Price
Pacific Solar will prepare a permit plan set for your solar installation that meets city codes and up to date regulations. Any minor corrections and/or updates requested by the Authority Having Jurisdiction in order to obtain a stamped plan set will be included at no additional charge.
The price listed is inclusive of one revision. Further revisions will be billed hourly.
Interconnection Services
Residential NEM Application $250 + $10 per Additional Meter + Applicable Utility Fees
Commercial NEM Application $1,250 +$10 per Meter + Applicable Utility Fees
Pacific Solar will process your NEM Application with the utility applicable to your project and will correspond with the utility until Permission to Operate is achieved.
Client may provide their own plan set approved by the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) or hire Pacific Solar to complete design services. Interconnection services do not constitute approval by the local AHJ.
MAINTENANCE
Hourly Rate $145/Hour
While solar systems are a low-maintenance home investment, maintenance requirements do pop up.
Pacific Solar will service systems for any customer, originally installed by our team or not, looking for solar system repair.
Our hourly rates start at $145 per hour. We also offer project/quote-based services for larger needs.
Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts are also available. Special Pricing for O&M Customers is also available.
